Elite Coach was founded in 1991 with the vision of creating a company dedicated to providing quality transportation to our friends and neighbors. This commitment has shaped the development of our company and remains a vital part of our vision. Hours of Service & Regulations

Following is a brief summary of Federal regulations governing the driver's hours of service. These rules regulate how long one driver can drive and/or be on duty before they are required to have time off to rest (usually a minimum of 8 consecutive hours of rest time.)

A driver can drive no more than 10 hours following 8 consecutive hours off duty. Driving time is accumulated anytime the driver is behind the wheel. A driver cannot drive after having been on duty (but not driving) for 15 or more hours following 8 consecutive hours off duty. Rest and meal stops when the driver has no responsibilities are considered “off duty” time. A driver cannot drive after having been on duty 70 hours or more in a combined 8 day period.

The Elite Coach sales staff will assist you in determining if your trip can be done with one driver, or if multiple drivers are required.

Charter Service Area

Local and long distance service from the mid-Atlantic region to anywhere in the United States and Canada.

Day Charters are available from most locations within Eastern Pennsylvania including: Lancaster, Reading, Harrisburg, Lebanon, York, Philadelphia.

Overnight and Multi-day Charters are available from Pennsylvania as well as most locations in the mid-Atlantic Region including: New York, NY; Baltimore, MD; Washington, DC; Philadelphia, PA.
